Core Restore Classes

I am keen to help women get back to feeling strong, fit and confident postnatally. This is not about "bouncing back" or fitting into any size jeans, but feeling that your body is ready for motherhood. Often your body is different and all those ligament, joint and structural changes take some getting used to. There is loads of evidence to show that exercising even with an abdominal separation, prolapse or pelvic floor issues, is the best way to help resolve these. 

The Core Restore Classes are run online at 10am Thursdays. This gives me a chance to see how you are getting along on the screen and you also get a recorded version for the busy mum to fit in the classes at a more convenient time if needed. 

The classes are £5 per class or £25 for 6 sessions.
