I started this strong for running program about 4 years ago. After seeing loads of runners in clinic we realised how many of them needed guidance about core strength to improve and maintain their running goals. I have had great outcomes, with less injuries in clinic, faster times and better endurance for my committed gang!
The classes are currently Monday and Thursday 6.30am and 7.30am or Friday 6.30am.
