I run 2 strength and conditioning classes at 6.30am and 7.30am on a Monday and Thursday morning, at the moment live on zoom. Classes are designed to work on all those pesky core muscles that Physiotherapists are always banging on about. We use bodyweight and resistance bands mostly. I am charging £4 per class currently, with an option to sign up for the monthly subscription for great value access. Feel free to take a look below for an idea of what the class can look like.
